YOUR INFORMATION SECURITY
YOUR CONTROL OVER YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Thank you for visiting Sondevida. We do keep your personal information safely on our web server for your benefit. Most of the information we only keep for the short period of your immediate web session. Any personally identifiable information that we keep for a longer period of time is accessible by you for your review and correction. We never under any circumstances sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to anyone outside our business association. We value you as a customer and therefor will take special care in safeguarding your personal account information. We appreciate the opportunity to interact with you on the internet and are committed to protecting and safeguarding your privacy.
That is why we provide the following disclosure of our complete policy to advise you of your choices regarding the use of your personal information online. This policy lets you know what types of information we normally gather about you when you visit our site, how we may use that information, whether we disclose it to anyone, and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to update or correct that information.
Scope of Policy
INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
This Policy applies to Sondevida, LLC's entire Site. It does not apply to other companies' or organizations' web sites to which we may link. You should carefully review the privacy policies of those web sites in order to determine how they treat your personal information.
Any information we gather on our Site generally falls into the following two categories: Personally Identifiable Information and Aggregate Information.
USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personally Identifiable Information
In general, you can visit our Site to view the products offered without telling us who you are or revealing any Personally Identifiable Information.
We only gather certain specific information with respect to customers' use of our web site, such as your full name, address, credit card number and expiration date so we may process, and ship your orders. Also, we may gather information that you submit in order to fulfill the services that you may request. We also obtain your e-mail and phone number so that we may contact you on order fulfillment and to assure that if problems arise, we are able to serve you respectfully in a timely manner.
Internally, we use your personally identifiable information to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to statistically analyze site usage to improve our content and product offerings. This information allows us to improve our site to better meet your needs.
We may gather certain generic information with respect to customers' use of our web site, such as the number of unique visitors, the frequency with which they visit, and the areas on the web site that they favor. We only use this type of data as a unit - that is, we look at the data in summary form, rather than on an individual basis. This data helps us determine the extent to which our customers use certain services on our web site, which, in turn, enables us to make it as appealing as possible. We may also provide statistical "ratings" about how our customers collectively use our web site to other companies with which we do business. We do this so they, too, can understand how often people use the site in order for them to provide you with the best possible experience. These statistical ratings do not contain any personally identifiable information about you or any of our users.
We collect and analyze traffic on our web site by keeping track of the IP addresses of our visitors. IP addresses are unique numeric identifiers that are assigned to each computer browser accessing the Internet. An IP address, by itself, cannot identify you personally. However, when combined with other information provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), your IP address can be used to identify the computer originating a message.
Personalizing Your Experience on the Web Site
We try to personalize your experience on our web site by tracking greeting cards and other gifts you may have purchased in order to shape our recommendations about the greeting cards and gifts that might be of interest to you. We also examine customer traffic patterns and web site usage to help us enhance the design and layout of the site and make it easier to navigate.
From time to time, we may solicit your feedback. We use surveys to gauge user interest in new products and premiums we may offer. We will ask for your feedback on products and other site features. We will use the information we gather to improve our site and provide a more meaningful experience for our users. We may also use the information to alert you to offers and products in which you have expressed an interest.

Your best protection is to understand the limits to privacy on the Internet and use common sense in all of your on-line activities.
Always monitor your children's on-line activities and teach them the rules for safe Internet use. Go to the Internet Education Foundation's Online Safety Guide for Kids for more information.
